The unpleasant sewage smell in the restroom!!! Noise disruptions from the boot room were quite annoying!!! Some features like broken furniture need attention!!!

Our stay at The House Zell Am See was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a minute's walk to the ski lifts, and our 3 Bedroom Suite was spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen allowed for home-cooked meals, and breakfast options were fantastic. The staff were always friendly and eager to help.

The metal staircase caused some noise disturbances at night.

Just a reliable pick for a transient stop in Zell am See with good value considering price it charged. The staff helped find a clothes horse for drying clothes, which was really nice. Make sure to ask about extending your lift pass to visit Saalbach for more slopes.

The room was spacious, really nice for a family. It felt modern and bright thanks to all the windows. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfy, perfect after a day of skiing. There were two bathrooms, which was fantastic. We had a separate toilet too. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Just wished it had some mirrors in the bedrooms and maybe some cushions on the sofas for a cozier vibe.

The location was ideal, within easy walking distance of the ski lift, and the two-bedroom suite was spacious and well-kept. Enjoyed the cleanliness and convenience of a well-equipped kitchen for quick meals. However, the dining experience was inconsistent. while some dishes like the grilled tuna were excellent, others fell flat. Noise from children at dinner affected the atmosphere, making conversations challenging at times.

I absolutely loved the spacious 3 Bedroom Suite, perfect for our group! The combination of alpine charm and modern comforts created a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. Plus, waking up to breathtaking mountain views from our balcony was truly unforgettable!
